Job summary

Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Network Onsite Representative to support submarine networks in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience with Submarine Local Area Networks and operational experience with computer-controlled equipment. Responsibilities include mentoring, training submarine crews and ensuring effective operations of network systems. Qualifications

• Three years of experience in installation, test, and/or maintenance of Submarine Local Area Networks.
• Seven years of experience in operation and/or maintenance of computer-controlled equipment.
• Must obtain IAT III certification by time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboard administration support and training for Submarine Networks.
• Mentor fleet LAN administrators on maintenance procedures.
• Conduct assessments of submarine crew’s LAN capabilities.
