Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a senior operations and program management professional to provide daily support to executive leadership and manage key DoD/Navy submarine programs.

The role involves coordinating industry events, handling technical documentation responses, and delivering descriptive analyses for senior officials. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD acquisition and submarine systems experience, is a US citizen, and holds an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations support at senior levels.
• Minimum 10 years in DoD acquisition / in-service programs.
• Minimum 5 years of submarine/combat systems experience.
• U.S. citizen with active secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily analytical and program management support to senior level executives.
• Oversee event preparation and correspondence support for key industry events and change/transformation efforts.
• Coordinate responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
• Provide descriptive statistical analyses and ad hoc reporting to senior officials.
• Lead small to medium projects as required.
