Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in shipyard production, shipbuilding operations, or large-scale naval industrial production management (strongly preferred).
• Experience working with senior shipyard leadership, government program offices, military organizations, or major defense contractors to address complex production challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level guidance on submarine shipbuilding and large-scale shipyard production management.
• Assess construction processes, sequencing, and schedules to identify constraints and acceleration opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to work sequencing, planning, and scheduling within constrained timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop corrective actions to improve productivity and delivery performance.
• Engage senior government and industry leaders on complex production challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Develop measurable performance indicators and milestones to evaluate improvement initiatives.
