L3Harris Technologies is recruiting for a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts in Palm Bay, FL. The candidate will oversee the complete subcontract lifecycle, from strategy and sourcing to closeout, with emphasis on cost, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities include SOW development, NDA/Teaming agreements, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, PMO, finance, and compliance teams. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related subcontracting experience or 4 years with a graduate degree.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance, CI poly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end subcontract lifecycle from sourcing to closeout.
• Develop acquisition strategy, SOWs, solicitations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate cost and schedule management with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR.
• Collaborate with engineering, PMO, finance and operations teams.
