Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of subcontracts experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of subcontracts experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related subcontracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports subcontract activities for complex materials, equipment, and services in defense/aerospace programs.
• Develops subcontract strategies aligned with program objectives and compliance.
• Prepares and reviews SOWs, sourcing plans, and terms for complex procurements.
• Manages bids, negotiations, and source selection decisions.
• Performs cost and price analysis and overall proposal evaluation.
• Negotiates pricing, terms, and schedule commitments within delegated authority.
• Issues and administers subcontracts through full lifecycle and closeout.
• Identifies and mitigates subcontractor risk across multiple domains.
• Maintains audit-ready subcontract documentation per regulations.
• Applies FAR/DFARS flow-downs and company policy.
