Job summary

You will define acquisition strategies, craft SOWs, solicitations, and negotiate terms, working closely with engineering, program management, finance, and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years (or equivalent), experience with various contract types, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of related experience; or 7+ with graduate degree; or 13+ years without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience negotiating NDAs, teaming agreements, and T&Cs.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional requests across Contracts, PMO, BD, Engineering, Finance, and more.
• Lead subcontract process from sourcing to closeout and manage supplier risk.
• Review SOWs, clarify work scope, and ensure unambiguous language.
• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare compliant PO/Subcontract packages as needed.
