Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to drive procurement of materials and services, ensure policy compliance, and evaluate bids. You will resolve subcontract issues and report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, working on a hybrid schedule across Tempe, Phoenix, Clearwater, or Norcross locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15).
• Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle.
• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry.
• Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
• Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD).
• Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP, and other business tools.
