Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive procurement strategies, reduce total cost, and ensure supply continuity. You will report to the Director Strategic Sourcing and will work in Phoenix, AZ or Tempe, AZ on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include leading RFQ/RFI processes, supplier selection, performance management, spend analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, business or finance.
• Proficient in data analytics using Excel.
• Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated preferred.

• Lead RFQ and RFI processes, supplier selection, and negotiation.
• Manage supplier performance, analyze spend and market trends.
