Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in the United States seeks a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to drive procurement of materials and services, ensure compliance, and evaluate bids and proposals. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and collaborate with multiple sites on a hybrid schedule.

You will manage subcontracts, resolve issues, and support program teams through all lifecycle phases. Strong negotiation and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all subcontracts with suppliers across project lifecycles.
• Support Program Managers on subcontractor cost, performance, and schedule.
• Evaluate bids and proposals for compliance with policies and requirements.
• Lead quick-reaction requirements and respond to data calls.
