Job summary

You will work with Contracts, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure compliance and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in procurement/subcontracts, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Six-plus years in Procurement/Subcontracts or related fields.
• 6 years using MRP systems software.
• 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive full subcontract lifecycle: sourcing to closeout.
• Develop acquisition strategy, solicitations, and negotiations.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of subcontracts.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, and Engineering.
• Support audits, IP/ITAR/Supply Chain compliance, and risk management.
