Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Subcontracts in Greenville, TX to manage complex subcontracts programs and projects.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with procurement standards. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier statements of work, maintaining adherence to FAR/DFARs, and guiding teams through complex procurement negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with six years of experience in complex multi-year high-dollar subcontracts.
• Graduate Degree with four years of experience in complex subcontracts.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of experience with highly complex multi-year high dollar subcontracts.
• SAP troubleshooting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
• Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
• Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
• Work is performed with general oversight. May manage large projects or processes inside and outside of immediate job area.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees.
• Manage complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products.
• Make moderate to substantial improvements or enhancements to systems and processes to improve performance of the job area.
• Solve problems using complex information gathering, analysis and investigation.
