L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts to manage end-to-end subcontract lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiations, and administration. You will coordinate with contract administration and purchasing and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations across multiple programs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, precise documentation, and the ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of prior experience, or Graduate Degree with 4 years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead full subcontract lifecycle: sourcing, proposals, negotiations, award and administration.
• Manage technical, schedule, cost and risk for suppliers.
• Ensure PO requirements and develop mitigation plans.
• Report major subcontracts to leadership.
