Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with at least 5 years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Direct experience managing major subcontracts in support of government programs.
• Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Create solicitations, lead proposal fact finding and analysis, perform source selections.
• Manage the technical, schedule, cost & risk management of assigned suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and cost/price analyses.
• Award contracts and execute contract modifications.
• Manage supplier performance and scorecards.
