Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a Senior Program Subcontracts Specialist to lead end-to-end subcontract management for the Ground Combat and Precision Targeting Business Unit in Charleston, SC. You will oversee RFP/RFI preparation, cost/price analyses, and supplier selection while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and company policies.

You will develop negotiation strategies, set subcontractor terms, and coordinate with program offices and cross-functional teams to monitor performance and risk.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-8+ years of experience in subcontracts, procurement, or contracts administration
• Experience in government contracting environment or highly regulated industry preferred
• Leads end-to-end management of complex subcontracts including RFPs/RFIs, cost/price analyses, supplier selection

Responsibilities

• Lead Subcontracts Representative for multiple programs within the Ground Combat and Precision Targeting BU
• Prepare RFPs/RFIs and conduct complex cost/price analyses
• Select subcontractors and ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations
• Negotiate terms and monitor supplier performance using EVMS and WBS
• Coordinate with program offices and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks
• Administer subcontract activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support program reviews and management briefings
