Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense seeks a Senior Program Subcontracts Specialist to lead end-to-end subcontracts for ground combat and precision targeting programs. You will oversee RFP/RFI processes, perform cost/price analyses, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal policies.

Acting as the primary supply chain liaison, you will coordinate with program offices and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor progress using EVMS/WBS, and drive cost control and risk mitigation across multiple

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in subcontracts, procurement, or contracts administration.
• Experience in government contracting or highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Subcontracts for Ground Combat and Precision Targeting programs.
• Prepare RFPs/RFIs and perform complex cost/price analysis.
• Analyze procurement data and select compliant subcontractors.
• Place subcontracts and purchase orders per FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions; develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with program offices and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance using EVMS and WBS.
• Support program reviews and briefings to management and customers.
