Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8+ years of experience with people management, or Master’s degree with 6+ years and people management experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, data rights negotiations and commercial item determination.
• Experience in Subcontracts or Contracts, supplier performance and leadership desired.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a team of subcontract administrators and managers.
• Negotiate subcontract terms, price, schedule, and milestones to secure favorable deals.
• Coordinate with contracts and supplier management teams on terms and risk mitigation.
• Develop and present executive-level subcontract status updates and mitigations.
