Worley is seeking a Director of Subcontracts - Global Process Owner in Houston to lead the strategic direction, standardization, and governance of subcontracting across the organization. You will drive global subcontracting solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires extensive EPC subcontract management experience, strong contract negotiation skills, and a proven track record in change management within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field.
• Extensive experience in global EPC project delivery subcontract management.
• Strong knowledge of contract formation, negotiation, and administration.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement, standardization, and change management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and refine standardized subcontracting processes and tools.
• Lead governance and compliance initiatives for subcontracting across the organization.
• Train staff on new processes, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal to develop standardized Terms & Conditions and contract templates.
• Support evolution of subcontracting systems of record and data governance.
• Partner with internal audit to remediate findings and drive continuous improvement.
