Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; without degree, 13+ years of experience acceptable.
• Willingness to travel to supplier facilities periodically.
• Experience with DoD contracts and compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Subcontract acquisition process from proposal stage through award and execution with minimal oversight.
• Manage subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance on various Subcontracts, including Cost-Type Subcontracts.
• Draft and negotiate complex Subcontract vehicles including Subcontracts, Letters Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, and NDAs.
• Establish major contractual milestones and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and affordability.
