Elbit America, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Subcontracts Specialist to lead end-to-end subcontract management for the Ground Combat and Precision Targeting Business Unit. You will oversee RFPs/RFIs, conduct cost/price analyses, and select suppliers in alignment with engineering, quality, customers, and regulations.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, program reporting, and ensuring subcontractors meet schedule, technical, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in subcontracts, procurement, or contracts administration, preferably in government contracting or highly regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Lead Subcontracts Representative for multiple programs.
• Prepare RFPs/RFIs and perform complex cost/price analyses.
• Select subcontractors and manage items to meet requirements.
• Draft/modify subcontract terms in compliance with FAR/DFAR and customer terms.
• Develop negotiation strategies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance via EVMS and WBS; conduct on-site supplier visits.
