Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or Engineering required.
• 7+ years purchasing experience in technical commodities.
• 3+ years international purchasing experience; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finalize orders with subcontractors through project completion, negotiating terms, field service rates, spare parts, and invoicing milestones.
• Purchase all commodities and technical equipment for water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Review purchase requisition packages and prepare bid requests; review proposals and negotiate contracts within budget/scope.
• Interface with vendors to obtain price, availability, and delivery schedules; prepare purchase orders.
• Travel as needed to meet project requirements.
