Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager in Canonsburg, PA. The role focuses on reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and teaming agreements, under SVP Commercial oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree or business management background, 5+ years in a project environment, and strong drafting and communication skills. Expect cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Projects, and Procurement, with a clearly defined path in contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Law.
• Five or more years in a project environment.
• Experience in contract administration in a project environment.
• Ability to read and interpret contract provisions and draft contractual letters.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract review and negotiation with customers/developers/suppliers/partners.
• Negotiate NDAs, Confidentiality Agreements, MOUs, Teaming agreements, JV agreements.
• Monitor contracting process and improve procedures to align with policy.
• Administer awarded contracts including milestones, change management, liabilities, close-out.
• Prepare and negotiate Subcontracts and suborders as needed.
• Interact with insurers, brokers, and Sureties as required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, Procurement, external law firms and subsidiaries.
