Job summary

Aquatech International is seeking an Industrial Engineer of Supply Chain & Procurement - Buyer in Canonsburg, PA. The role covers purchasing commodities, data entry, and vendor coordination to support water treatment systems projects.

The candidate should have a bachelor's in engineering, 2 years of experience preferred, and SAP experience is desirable. Travel up to 50% may be required; on-site/day shift with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or preferred.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• One year of experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly purchase commodities and technical equipment for the manufacturer.
• Input and retrieve data via computer terminals; maintain records.
• Review requisitions and prepare purchase orders or bid requests.
• Confer with vendors to obtain price, availability and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate contracts within budget and scope of authority.
• Travel 30–50% as needed to meet project requirements.
