Job summary

EY seeks a GPS Subcontracts Sernio Associate to manage federal subcontracts from inception to closeout. You will review NDA/TA/Proposals for compliance with FAR and CPSR, and collaborate with counsel and internal teams to mitigate risk.

Regularly interact with government clients in Washington, DC or McLean, VA; the role requires strong negotiation, project management, and detailed attention to policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of Federal Subcontract Management experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of CPSR, Procurement Manuals, and Purchasing Systems.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations, proposals, bids, and subcontracts for compliance with FAR, internal policies, and laws.
• Develop and maintains strong relationships with subcontract vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Create and review subcontract packages to ensure CPSR and Purchasing System compliance.
• Identify subcontract risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, and Business Teams on financial compliance.
