Job summary

EY is seeking a Subcontracts Serono Associate to provide comprehensive Subcontract management for Federal engagements. You will review solicitations, proposals, and agreements, ensuring compliance with FAR and internal policies while collaborating with legal and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing Subcontracts from inception to close out, preparing RFP reviews, and developing risk-mitigating language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of Federal Subcontract Management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Must be able to attend regular meetings in Washington, DC or McLean, VA offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal Subcontracts from inception through close out.
• Review Subcontract RFPs for compliance and risk assessments.
• Create subcontract packages to ensure CPSR, Procurement Manual, and Purchasing System compliance.
• Review subcontract proposals for Government and internal policy compliance; draft risk mitigation language.
• Monitor changes in Federal Subcontract requirements and industry trends; modify policies as needed.
• Develop and integrate Subcontract management tools, templates, methods, and processes.
