Job summary

Paligen Technologies, located in Tampa, FL, seeks a Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of complex subcontracts, from planning to closeout.

You will draft, negotiate and administer FAR/DFARS-compliant agreements across multiple contract types, ensuring timely delivery and compliance while supporting national defense priorities. The role requires 5+ years in subcontract administration within defense/aerospace, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of subcontract administration, procurement, or supply chain management experience, preferably in defense/aerospace.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting in complex programs.
• Preferred: modernization or facilitation programs for DoD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for complex subcontracting efforts.
• Evaluate supplier responses and lead negotiations on price, schedule, and terms.
• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements per FAR/DFARS.
• Administer subcontract awards and modifications across multiple contract types.
• Maintain subcontract files and prepare status reports; drive process improvements.
