Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support RFQ/RFI/RFP processes for Test Stands and Mission Ops, negotiating terms, and shaping contracting strategies. You will manage requisitions through final payment, ensuring timely delivery and cost control in a fast-paced spaceflight environment.

The role requires strong procurement expertise, ability to triage daily demands, and collaboration with suppliers and internal customers to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of tactical experience in procurement / supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Processing & Managing RFQ, RFI, and RFPs
• Lead formal negotiations of all types (pricing, terms and conditions, scope of work, schedule, etc.)
• Constructing contracting types for major procurement activities to meet program needs
• Take ownership of the procurement process from requisition to final payment of invoices
• Support the procurement organization’s strategic direction to deliver materials on time and within budget
