TerraPower, a Bellevue, WA-based nuclear technology company, seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to lead cost control, scheduling, and contract administration on complex capital projects. You will develop and oversee project controls processes, mentor teams, and ensure milestones are met with rigorous reporting and analytics.

The role requires advanced cost control, scheduling, risk management, and leadership skills, with experience in large-scale programs and proficiency in tools like

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, planning, and scheduling.
• Experience leading cost control teams on large capital programs.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Cost control and budget management across large programs and sub-projects.
• Manage change proposals, submittals, and contract administration.
• Plan and schedule using Primavera P6; validate data and assess impacts.
• Track performance metrics, EV, forecasts, and risks; provide mitigation.
