Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Subcontract Administrator to lead the lifecycle management of subcontracts on government and commercial aerospace programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of subcontract administration or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government compliance.
• Experience with cost-plus and cost-reimbursement contracts.
• Experience performing cost/price analyses.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of complex subcontracts for government and commercial programs.
• Prepare, negotiate, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and modifications.
• Interpret FAR/DFARS and other compliance requirements.
• Manage subcontract performance, deliverables, schedules, and obligations.
• Conduct proposal evaluations, cost and price analyses.
• Collaborate with program management, finance, and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with flow-down clauses, cybersecurity, and export controls.
• Support audits by customers, DCMA, DCAA, and internal teams.
• Resolve issues, claims, disputes; mentor junior staff.
