Post-Award
  • Administer subcontract performance and manage changes, modifications, and funding updates
  • Monitor supplier compliance with technical, quality, and schedule requirements
  • Resolve contractual issues and disputes
  • Support program management teams on supplier performance matters
  • Coordinate across engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and legal
Compliance
  • Flow down applicable prime contract requirements to subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and CPSR requirements
  • Maintain procurement files and audit-ready documentation

  • Experience with cost-reimbursement, fixed-price, and T&M contract types
  • Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools — SAP, Costpoint (Deltek), NetSuite, or Oracle a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills across pricing, T&Cs, and change orders
  • Ability to manage dozens of active subcontracts and track deliverables, funding, and compliance deadlines
  • Clear communicator — comfortable with suppliers, program managers, engineers, and government customers alike
BONUS POINTS
  • NCMA certification (CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or PMP
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
