Responsibilities

• Manages supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex subcontracts across programs (commercial, DOD, international).
• Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams and negotiates provisions, prices and awards.
• Supports bid packages, bidder conferences, evaluations, and subcontract administration.
