Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontract management for large-scale manufacturing projects.
• Preferred background in semiconductor fab construction or data centre facilities.
• Ability to prepare, review and manage subcontract documents and exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract formation and administration for large-scale fab construction.
• Prepare and review bid packages, scopes of work, and contract documents.
• Lead commercial evaluation of subcontractor bids and identify risks.
• Coordinate pre-bid, bid clarification, and subcontractor meetings.
• Administer awarded subcontracts, monitor progress, cost, and schedule.
