Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and asset management for the Site's critical facilities, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will direct subcontracting activities, manage budgets and staffing, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement to deliver on mission objectives while upholding DOE safety standards.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of experience as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed, plus three or more years of experience in a relevant management role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus eight or more years of experience in one or more of the roles managed, or Master's Degree plus five or more years of experience.
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction and management for all Subcontract activities; manage staffing and budget to meet objectives.
• Direct personnel and financial resources; interface with Procurement to ensure contract integrity and financial obligations.
