Job summary

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Manager (M3) to direct Facilities Operations at the Savannah River Site, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and mission alignment.

This leadership role oversees teams across Engineering, Radiological Controls, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, guiding performance and development to meet contract milestones and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years of experience as an individual contributor in related roles.
• Three+ years of experience in a relevant management role.
• Equivalencies to experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and oversight of Facilities Operations to ensure safety, compliance with laws, and DOE/Orders.
• Coordinate maintenance, facility outages, and external support to minimize operational impacts.
• Lead and schedule the execution of missions and programs within nuclear facilities.
