Savannah River Nuclear Solutions is SRNS's site contractor delivering safety and security through engineering excellence. This professional track spans P3–P5 with ranges: P3 $87,444-$122,640; P4 $101,328-$147,168; P5 $126,660-$183,960.

Engineers work in operations, production, construction or maintenance, designing and scaling processes, estimating time and cost, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with federal codes and SRNS standards. DOE clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• P3: BS in engineering with 5+ years experience; MS with 2+ years; PhD with any experience.
• P4: BS with 10+ years; MS with 8+ years; PhD with 5+ years.
• P5: BS with 15+ years; MS with 12+ years; PhD with 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Scope technical tasks and develop creative solutions to assigned problems within Federal nuclear and non-nuclear facilities.
• Begin using SRNS systems with minimal supervisory guidance.
• Accepts complex tasks and receives minimal guidance from senior professionals.
• Work directly with operations and maintenance to maintain system operability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field

Master's degree in engineering or relevant field

Doctoral degree in engineering or relevant field
