Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred in Higher Education, International Education, or related field).
• Experience in study abroad advising, program administration, or international education.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support students through all phases of study abroad, including program selection, applications, pre-departure preparation, participation, and return.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned programs, locations, partners, and academic requirements.
• Lead Maymester recruitment, communications, information sessions, and campus outreach.
• Coordinate Maymester applications, enrollment, faculty coordination, partner communication, and logistics.
• Represent the Office of Study Abroad at admissions, orientation, and campus events; manage rosters, deadlines, and program updates.
• Supervise the Student Global Ambassador program and lead office projects and process improvements.
