Responsibilities

• Lead interior design from concept through construction administration (SD, DD, CD, CA).
• Develop design direction, finish palettes, and FF&E strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee Revit-based documentation, coordination, and adherence to standards.
• Manage project teams, delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and serve as primary client contact.
• Understand and manage project fees, track hours against budgets, and support scope development and proposals.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, site visits, and FF&E procurement to ensure design intent.
