Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to information requests from potential students and follow up with them.
• Develop degree plans and certification plans with students and inform about timelines.
• Maintain data bases and files for students progressing through programs.
• Facilitate admissions processes and organize materials for admission committees.
• Coordinate the principal Internship with schools and university supervisors.
• Regularly communicate with students about degree and program requirements and update the handbook.
