Job summary

Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent – Structures to oversee structural concrete construction on water and wastewater plants, pump stations, lift stations, and related infrastructure.

You will manage field crews, subcontractors, and equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in heavy civil or structural concrete projects, with strong knowledge of concrete placement, formwork, rebar, and jobsite safety.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive heavy civil or structural concrete construction experience.
• Strong experience with water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, or similar infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
• Experience supervising self-perform concrete crews, subcontractors, and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for structural concrete on water and wastewater facilities.
• Lead foremen, craft personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators for safe, efficient execution.
• Plan and manage foundations, formwork, reinforcing steel, walls, slabs, and elevated structures.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules and productivity goals.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and work plans to ensure quality and conformance.
