Job summary

Nassau Financial Group is offering an internship for Summer 2027 to a college student pursuing a Finance or Mathematics degree. You will assist the CLO, structured products and derivatives team with sourcing, underwriting, deal analysis and surveillance across CLOs and related structured products.

The role provides hands-on experience with deal pipeline management, pricing analysis, and portfolio surveillance, working with tools like Allvue, Intex and Moody’s SF Portal.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing Bachelor’s in Finance or Mathematics (minor in Business) or Master’s in Finance/Risk Management.
• 1–2 years of internship experience in financial services preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong research abilities.
• Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly CLO/debt pipeline and update deal pipeline in Allvue.
• Support manager, collateral and scenario analysis using Intex.
• Assist in pricing analysis of weekly derivative transactions.
• Prepare deal write-ups for CIO approval and investment committee review.
• Support monthly surveillance and portfolio quality reports (PQR).
• Contribute to weekly meetings and due diligence with CLO managers.
