Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York Bar (in good standing).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience at a large or global law firm in structured finance/securitization matters.
• Experience representing market participants such as issuers, sponsors, borrowers, and/or lenders in structured finance/securitization transactions.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills, plus strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Strong academic credentials and a detail-oriented approach to drafting and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of structured finance/securitization transactions.
• Manage transaction execution and help drive matters from early-stage structuring through closing, coordinating workstreams and deliverables across deal teams.
• Assist with preparation and review of offering materials and disclosure documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practices to provide coordinated advice on complex financings.
• Supervise, mentor, and help train junior associates, as appropriate for level and deal teams.
