Job summary

Data Link Technology Services is seeking a Structured Cabling Lead/Foreman to oversee complex cabling projects in Tempe, AZ. You will lead a team through installation, testing, and commissioning of copper and fiber networks, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills with the ability to read schematics and work with testing tools like a Fluke tester. On-site work and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Structured Cabling Lead or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage structured cabling projects from start to finish.
• Lead your team in the installation of structured cabling systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain a high level of quality control for all structured cabling projects.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
