Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a highly skilled Structured Cabling Engineer to lead the design, planning, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of cabling infrastructure across enterprise IT, manufacturing, and data centers. You will collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, quality delivery and operational readiness.

The role requires expertise in copper/fiber cabling, adherence to TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC standards, and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, IT or related field.
• Familiar with copper/fiber cabling standards (TIA-568, BICSI, NEC).
• 2+ years of structured cabling or data center experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate structured cabling installation for offices, manufacturing facilities and data centers.
• Design and manage copper and fiber cabling systems; review routing and layouts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain documentation, drawings, and asset inventories; prepare status reports.
