Job summary

You will lead complex structural systems, supervise engineers and technicians, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in structural engineering or ABET-accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; professional licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration/licensure to support engineer of record (EOR).

Responsibilities

• Execute complex structural analysis and prepare drawings for water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Supervise structural engineers and technicians across offices.
• Lead larger production teams and manage projects as the responsible charge.
• Perform construction phase duties including site visits and review of submittals.
• Prepare design fee estimates and monitor progress against budget/schedule.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines.
• Lead teams on projects with construction values up to $100M.
• Contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement.
