Qualifications

• Typically a minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Ability to work on global nuclear program with compliance to CFR 10 CFR 810.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a senior engineering technician, technical design specialist, and/or supervisor.
• Applies advanced technical expertise to solve complex design challenges within a specific engineering discipline.
• Contributes to the development of innovative engineering solutions.
• Uses digital tools and design software (CAD,BIM,3D modeling) with standardized procedures to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Provides consultation, training, and oversight to other engineering technicians to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Establishes and communicates appropriate design and graphic standards.
• Reviews project requirements to determine correct formats and deliverable content.
• Promotes quality and consistency across projects, groups, and sections.
• Reviews design inputs to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Ensures deliverables comply with applicable codes and standards.
