Bechtel is designing and constructing a large-scale semiconductor fab in Clay, NY. The Construction Equipment Manager will ensure equipment is available, functional, and used efficiently to meet project timelines and safety standards.

The role requires deep experience in project equipment management, strong leadership, and a track record of overseeing maintenance, safety, and reporting across multi-discipline sites. This full-time role is based at the Clay, NY office.

Qualificações

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Equipment Planning & Allocation: Determine machinery needs and schedule delivery and deployment.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure regular servicing and quick repairs to minimize downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Verify safety regulations and ensure trained operators on site.
• Cost Control: Monitor equipment-related expenses and prepare budgets.
• Inventory Management: Track equipment usage, location and condition.
• Coordination: Align equipment availability with construction phases and manage subcontractors.
• Reporting: Oversee equipment maintenance systems and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
