Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a leading AISC-certified structural steel fabricator in the Indianapolis area. You will oversee multiple steel fabrication and erection projects from award to completion, coordinating detailing, fabrication, and erection teams.

The role requires 10+ years in construction/engineering, strong leadership, and a background in structural steel with a degree in engineering or construction management.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of construction or engineering experience.
• Structural steel experience is essential.
• Experience managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Confidence reading drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software experience.
• Tekla and Bluebeam experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee multiple steel fabrication and erection projects from contract award through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and contract requirements.
• Coordinate detailing, fabrication and erection teams.
• Review change orders, subcontractor agreements and progress billings.
• Lead and mentor PMs, Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators.
• Manage client relationships and resolve project issues.
