Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel projects from fabrication through erection and delivery. You will take ownership of cost, schedule, and procurement while coordinating detailing and design with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will maintain strong client and contractor relationships, manage change orders, and mentor junior staff to ensure successful project delivery across multiple sites.
