Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight across a portfolio of structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete, profitability.
• Collaborate with fabrication, detailing, procurement and field operations.
• Support complex contract negotiations and change orders.
• Identify risks early and implement recovery strategies.
• Build relationships with general contractors, clients and subcontractors.
• Improve PM processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
