• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and consultants.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of design documents and calculations.
• Mentor engineers and staff to develop high-performance teams.
• Develop structural proposals, fees, and scope documents.
• Support business development and client relationships.
