ECS is seeking a Structural Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Baltimore, MD. You will manage structural engineering projects, lead investigations, and deliver practical consulting solutions across diverse facilities.

The role involves client-facing responsibilities, project management, mentorship of junior staff, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule, scope, and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering and consulting projects.
• Conduct field investigations and condition evaluations.
• Review calculations and drawings for quality and compliance.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and invoices.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
